So recently I started to consistently vape with nicotine around 30%. I also have asthma which made me wonder if this was a bad idea. About a week ago I found major problems in my breathing and it is still very difficult to breathe. Was this caused by the nicotine and what should I do to fix the breathing problem
I don’t think nicotine would do that. But vapor might. The issue is just that it’s really hot and irritating. Try going a week on nicotine gum or patch, and if that doesn’t help, try quitting completely. I used to vape but now only chew gum because the vapor causes issues in my throat.
