... I have also been having a lot of abdominal pain lower back pain light headed very nauseous and my breast are very sore to me and my bf always have unprotected sex and he never pulls out could I be pregnant??
It may just be due to decreasing amounts of hormones affecting your body but you still need to see your gynecologist to rule out any other problems. As Kaismama says, pain is not a sign of pregnancy. Pulling out does nothing to prevent pregnancy as men leak out small amounts of sperm all throughout the sex act, not just ejaculation so pulling out is a wasted gesture. Condoms are only necessary for STD protection, not contraception-your Nexplanon provides that. It is doubtful that pregnancy is the cause but it is in the realm of possibility as no birth control method is 100% but it is only a less than 1% chance with Nexplanon so pretty unlikely unless you are significantly overweight.
Nexplanon was tested on average sized women and some data is coming out that these implants may be a little less effective on overweight women but still a lot more protected than not using anything! It could also be something like a pelvic infection or kidney/UTI infection. Most likely it is due to hormone changes as the Nexplanon has been in a while it secretes a little less hormone each year but usually not enough of a decrease that you are able to get pregnant but enough to feel changes in your body and have changes in your cycle like irregular periods etc. So the best thing for you to do is make an appt to talk to your gyno.
thanks I'm not sure if it is so much abdominal pain as it is like a fullness and bloating I guess feeling. since I am bleeding would takin a test be a dumb idea? I just worry it could be a false negative or to soon to tell. I think I'm just gonna call my doctor to get a definite answer. thanks for replying back
