If you were bleeding a lot with the hormones, it may just be there is no uterine lining left to bleed. If you are not using an alternative birth control option though, you could get pregnant! You need to be using another form of protection now that the Nexplanon has been removed. It is uncertain when fertility will return. For some women, they begin to ovulate right away and for others, they dont. A period, or lack of, doesnt indicate whether you are ovulating or not.
