From one insomniac to another, I think you have possibly missed a dot right before the 25 as my doctor started me out low, of course, on 0.125 mg of triazolam. Hmmmmmmm! Well, since my 0.125 mg didn't even work, i doubled it to 0.5 mg and it still didn't work. One question to you, have you taken sleep meds before? I know, that was a stupid question, but there is no way I can tell you to double your dose to 1 mg. My advice to you is that you call the prescribing physician, tell them that you are still not sleeping, and let the"professionals" make the decision.
