breakfast it was 169 and then at 9pm it was 189. Never be that high before. am taking 2,000 mg metformin. What's going on?
This is probably a meter problem. Either the old one wasn't working right, or the new one isn't calibrated right. Are the meters the same brand? I would talk to the people who supplied it, and see if they'll exchange it. Did you try checking with the old meter at the same time?
