Mylan brand of Fentanyl. I need to know what other generic patches use the matrix form of dispensing the medication? And which of these work best for people?
The most similar generic matrix patch I have found to the Mylan would be be Sandoz brand (which is my personal favorite generic brand of the matrix fentanyl patch). They are extremely similar IMO.
I was given a different generic one month and I personally did not care for it whatsoever compared to the Sandoz or Mylan generics--It was by the brand Apotex and I picked it up at a very common chain of pharmacies in the U.S.
Also, I believe Mallinkrocdt (sp?) makes one but personally, I have not had good experiences with their pain killers, so I have never gotten that generic on purpose.
I think Teva makes a matrix patch also (I personally prefer Teva for most of my generic RX's) which I think is probably similar to the Mylan as well.
