No it doesn't do that.

Hello vlittle,
If you are diabetic Neurontin (Gabapentin) may affect your blood sugar as it can cause it to fluctuate, but if you're not diabetic there's nothing to be concerned about. I suggest you check blood sugar levels closely to be sure.
