... scheduled a myelogram. Now the hospital says I have to be off the Gralise for a week before I can get the myelogram. I've only been taking it for a week, not even up to the full dosage yet. Was also prescribed Norco for the pain by another doctor who knew about the Gralise and the upcoming myelogram. Now a different hospital says that I have to be off the Norco for at least a week before the myelogram. The first hospital says the Norco is fine to take and the second hospital says the Gralise is fine to take. I've stopped both drugs and until I can get the myelogram next week. Just hope I don't get fired for missing to much work. Does any one know what the hell is the correct procedure?
It doesn't matter - you do what you have to do in order to do the procedure. I learned a long time ago that you don't get anywhere challenging these things - they won't budge. If I want the procedure, I have to do it their way. I've had 3 life-threatening illnesses, 16 hospitalizations, 14 surgeries and over 50 procedures, so I know your frustration! It's ridiculous, isn't it!!! Regards - EJ23
