Theoretically I have studied that negative (Rh)blood group person can donate blood to positive (Rh)blood group, because positive Rh groups don't have antiRh antibody, but negative groups have antiRh antibody. The question is why antiRh antibodies of negative (donor) is not reacting with Rh antigen of the recipients?
