I want to know if there is any doc that you can just go to with out a refferal to get suboxone
You can go to the following site and use the doctor locator (upper right side) to find doctors permited to prescribe Suboxone:
Then you will have to call around and see what they require and the prices etc.
I know for a fact, they are out there. My doctor didn't require anything besides my photo id and his 315 dollars, which is only the induction fee. The monthly cost after that is lower. I know where you are coming from with the referral. I have been dissatisified with my doc. Eg..not taking time to listen, always being extremely late. Basically in it for the dough, not the patient. Found one today that seems like a great doc but they do require a referral, and medical records. I'm going to see my primary care doc about the referral. The new suboxone doc said any doctor can give you the referral. As far as medical records... if yours requires that, you can go to the office before your appt. And get the new doc to have them sent from the last doctor you have seen. But I don't think most docs require the medical records for suboxone.
