... cleared and I sleep like a baby, but I feel fatigue all day. I am debating on whether to switch to taking it at night or stop taking it all together. My doctor hasn't been all that helpful when I stated how it is making me feel. Any advice?
try the Paleo diet. avoid gluten, sugar, carbohydrates, bread, anything white, exercise as able, I have a friend that was bedbound until she switched to Nature-Throid, now she lives a normal active life. my doctor didnt know what what Nature Throid was nor how to prescribe it. Im looking for a doctor that will.
I have taken 4 grains for about 5 years and I have so much energy, always! 1/2 grain is an extremely low dose. Maybe your doctor doesn’t know how much to prescribe you. You need to increase your dose to 1 grain for about two weeks and see how you feel. Increase in incrimates of 1 grain q two weeks until you have your energy back. This supplement gives you energy so you never would want to consume at night. You always want to take it first thing upon waking and only consume water for atleaste 45 minutes. Never eat anything even coffee with this for 45 minutes after taking it. Food can prohibit proper absorption. Thyroid is a hormone, doctors must understand hormones! Thank goodness he dodnt prescribe you Synthroid. Do not ever take this drug, it’s synthetic and lacks the key ingredients for improve your thyroid function.
