Aside from that, have you explored any of the many things we can alter to improve sleep? Diet, hydration, mile exercise, habits 3-hours before bedtime, bedtime itself, turning off "the committee" which is our propensity to over-think events of the past day and they day to come, etc.
There are a few herbal aids, however, none of them are as effective as some of these adjustments. At one point I was getting an average of 2-3 hours of sleep per night, nothing seemed to help, because I was looking in all the wrong places.
