Although nasocort is limited to it's local environment of your upper respiratory tract and nose. Considering that the coccidioides likes to get to your lungs through your respiratory tract, I would really double check and ask your doc if they REALLY want you to take it.
The nasal steroids suppress inflammation in your nose but at the same time are immunosupressing to that specific region. Please ask your doctor to confirm they really want you to take it.
