I am very afraid I won't cope with the tyramine free diet. I tend to have blood pressure on the high but reasonable level. Will I even know if my blood pressure is increasing without constant monitoring? I'm at a terrible depressed anxious state i can't get myself to the dietician let alone shop ever day for fresh food. Someone please advise me. Is nardil worth the anxiety of trying and changing radically my food habits? My thanks in advance, Sava
