they changed the chemical makeup of zopana's. is there something equal to Opana 40mg.?
There is hyrdomorphone(dilaudid) but they finally came up with a long acting version called Exalgo that if it works as well as regular Dilaudid & since Opana is oxymorohone they should work almost as well(or better I don't know because I've only took Hydromorphone,& they are very potent little pills, the biggest they make is 8mg in immediate release form & those are only for opiate tolerent people) but I do know they did something with the Exalgo to make it abuse resistant it might not work as well either. I'd recommend just taking more of the immediate release Opana(if they didn't change that also, but I've noticed they're only doing it with the extentended release versions of Oxcy contin,Opana, and now Dilaudid because those are the ones that if you dose dumped(crushed, chewed, heated with water & abused via I.V) are the ones that are strong enough to kill you pretty quick if your not opiate tolerant & make big Pharma look bad. Oh,have you tried M.S Contin(extended release morphine) that works very well & they haven't messed with the formula one bit & they make them up to 200mg,again the 200mg & even the 100mg are for opiate tolerant people only or most would O.D without even breaking the time release. Hope this helps some.
I am whereyou are now, They been trying to put me on Opana for years, and now that they have they changed the formula. The same thing happened when I was taking Oxycontin. The best Thing I know of that is almost equal to it is Oxycodone 30 mg, Not Oxycontin, It's called roxicodone. And it isn't as strong but it works very well.
