Naproxen does come in an oral suspension. It is typically prescribed as either 2 tsp, 3 tsp, or 4 tsp twice a day. In some cases for a limited duration of time a doctor will increase the dose to 6 tsp twice a day. You will need to talk to your doctor if you want to get it in the suspension format.
