It's really difficult to identify a pill that has no number imprints, online. It might be best to take it into your local pharmacy and the pharmacist may be able to recognise it.

Pill imprint Heart has been identified as Aspirin enteric coated 81 mg.

Aspirin is used in the treatment of back pain; pain; heart attack; angina; angina pectoris prophylaxis (and more), and belongs to the drug classes platelet aggregation inhibitors, salicylates. FDA has not classified the drug for risk during pregnancy. Aspirin 81 mg is not subject to the Controlled Substances Act.

It is called ecotrin I am on it... like maso said it is a aspirin 81mg..my heart doc precsribed it for me..
