I asked about tapering advice and so thought I would share this bit of info; it's been helpful. When one tapers off any blood pressure medication it is advisable to limit physical activity, at least for the first week or so. Nadolol works by slowing your heartbeat, and when that is lifted it's best to let your heart rest as much as possible.
