if i ever fall asleep its not bad,but falling to sleep is a major,major problem.then if i do i wake up too many times or too early
You can always do a sleep study at a neurologist's office. you could be waking due to restless leg syndrome, or sleep apnea. If they rule those kind's of things out, then maybe it is a psychological disorder, like anxiety. Those are the things that effected my sleep in a bad way.
