I'm not sure if the Hepatitis prevents the meds from working. But I was wondering something. Is your husband taking the reformulated Oxycontin? So many people are having problems with the new oxycontin. Stomach issues, feeling's of withdrawals, less effective controlling pain, etc. Do his pills have the OC or the OP imprint on them? OC's have been discontinued and are replaced with this new OP medication. Maybe this is the problem? There are other meds he could take if this is the problem. Please let me know what the imprint on the pills are. I could suggest other meds he could talk with his doc about. Good luck and hope to hear back soon.
