... needing RBC transfusions every month, now, which is why the doc just restarted him on the Leukeran. He has had increased confusion and shorter attention span while taking leukeran starting about a year ago. He stopped taking it (2mg a day pills) and his confusion is only getting worse. Is this common and can it be from the drug?
