It can make a difference if you take it in 2 divided doses or all at one time. I used to take 300 then i reduced to 100 twice a day. You may want to increase g.radually and not double the dosage all at once! I also prefer to take my 2 doses early so i am not too alert later on when i want to wind down and then sleep. Some people have a lot of trouble with this drug, but i have found ( in practice), that you need to start out on a low dose and work your way up as any side effects may just disipate by doing this. I like this drug, but as you probably know anti-depressants are very individualized. Other types of anti-dep. caused me to gain wt. and feel very sluggish. For me the key was start low and go slow with this drug! See what your doc thinks and feel better soon!

2 divided doses = a requirement or there is a massive increase in chance of seizure. i was on 300 mg, qd, for a month and it didnt do anything but make me more agitated. this is a good med for depression (not for my own personal anxiety however... ) theoreticly but it does have some qualities like an amphetamine in the sense that it can cause you to be hyper.
