Technically, yes, though your insurance isn't going to pay for it if you've already filled the other script called in by the doctor. If you can afford to pay out of pocket, then yes you can. But it's probably not a good idea.
If I were you, I'd just hold onto the new script and use it when you run out of refills on the old one. Prescriptions are valid for 6 months (assuming you live in the US).
