My doc. gave me levaquin for pneumonia and I have type 2 diabetes .is that ok?

There can be potential problems of using Levaquin in Diabetes patients. If it has been prescribed for a short course then you could take it but just be aware of the symptoms you may experience.

Some people may experience hypoglycemia and some may get hyperglycemia. Perhaps check your blood glucose levels more frequently and be vigilant about hypoglycemic symptoms, etc.
