My 3 year old grandson - 40 lbs - was prescribed 2 tsp of prednisolone 15mg / 5 ml solomor. It seems like too much in the oral syringe. Can anyone give any light on whether this is the recommended dosage?

Maybe if you give you chemist a call, he / she might clarify this delicte subject.
Children may be more sensitive to the effects of too much corticosteroid medication.
