Which Triaminic medicine is he taking?

The product which only contains dextromethophan or Triaminic (Flu and Cough) which contains acetaminophen, chlorpheniramine, and dextromethorphan.

If he is taking the Triaminic product with just dextromethophan then you shouldn't be giving him Delsym, which also contains dextromethophan. You can give him Tylenol with this.

If you gave him Triaminic Flu and Cold strength which contains acetaminophen, chlorpheniramine, and dextromethorphan then you shouldn't be giving him Delsym or Tylenol because it contains both acetaminophen and dextromethophan.

be sure he does not get a whopping dose of tylenol for adults its 4 grams per 24 hours how old is your child if he is 12 or older do not give more than 12 tablets of 325mg doses of tylenol if he is younger which I suspect then the dosage drops please let us know do the other products have any acetaminophen (tylenol) sometimes they use acetaminophen that is tylenol I overlooked the age I think itsno more than 120mg4-5 times a day if you have any doubts call the pediatrician
