... small dose? Its just 50 mg not controlled release.
It wont kill him, but it wont work for a toothache either.
I wouldnt bother, you need some type of Anti Inflamatory
Iburprofen or similar. or better still, get to to dentist asap.
Tramadol wont dull that sort of pain. Dental Pain is completely
different, as the tooth is directly connected to nerves very close to the brain.
To answer your question, id say no. There are much better alternatives at your local pharmacy/chemist/drug store.
No. he needs to see a dentist tomorrow. Its a week day and you should be able to find a Dentist who would see him on an emergency basis. I do hope you live in a metropolitan area so that you would have some choice as to who to see. I have had several root canals etc so I know that pain. Im sorry I just remembered how it was for me and no one should have to suffer like that. If he can't sleep take him to the emergency room. At the least they should be able to give a referral to a dentist who will see him on an emergency basis.
Hi, i hope your son has managed to get to see a dentist by now? Short term fixes if not, are to gargle with salt water (to help keep the mouth clean) then with aspirin to help kill the pain, and you can use bonjela or anbesol to apply directly to the area which is hurting. All this you can get from your pharmacy, maybe even supermarket, and it is safe.
