she had them on her hands but now they are on her outer and inside of her ears. she is always trying to scratch them. what medication should i use to treat them?
There is presciption medication for that, but, since this is an infant, your reallyneed to take her to the dr, as not all rx'es are safe for babies. And, really, they are going to want to treat your whole family since scabies is HIGHLY contagious. There is also a routine as to how you clean up to get rid of them in her bed, so, I wish we could tell you what to use, but you and baby need the dr on this one. Patti
My mate Pattie has the right idea, i wanted to say though i dont know what scabies look like but could it be bed bugs or maybe an allergic reaction to something, as i dont have kids i cannot give you any advice other than to say cadbury dairy milk chocolate fixes anything and everything. Take your baby to your doctor or even hunt around for answers with other mothers. Maybe it could be excema (not sure of the spelling). Hope it clears up.
