I have just received a prescription for minocycline-oral but would like to take a muscle relaxant for pain in my lower back. Is this OK?
tsc; Yes that should be fine, You must get used to asking the doctor while you're in the office. It is important that the Doctor knows what medications you're taking when they prescribe you something and this is also true with telling the Pharmacist when you get a prescription filled. This is a good reason to fill all your prescriptions at the same pharmacy so they can always look for any interactions.Chuck1957

Could a muscle relaxer for my neck be the cause of pain in my arm? It's helped my neck but I'm sore?
