... due to bend in?
So you twisted/bent your ankle playing football 4 weeks ago and it is still painful? Obviously you should have seen a doctor when the injury occurred as that is when a physical examination would have been most helpful. A lot of injuries show very specific signs in the first few days to a week after the injury but after the initial bruising (internal bleeding) has stopped and cleared up it is beyond the scope of this site to speculate on the nature of a one month old injury which could have been a simple sprain or ruptured ligaments to something more serious.
If you believe it is muscular it will take time to mend. How much time? No idea sorry; I've had ankle injuries before and the ugliest (my entire foot was purple) was quickest to heal; the worst was three months in a cast then 6 months of pain and that didn't look so bad. So you see we cannot just guess. Sorry.
For pain, ibuprofen is probably safest as it will reduce inflammation. Do not take more than the recommended dose. If pain persists you will have to see a doctor (you should anyway).
