... mitochondrial disease. I'm wondering why he would want to do more testing? I'm always in wide spread body pain, fatigued, sleepy, exhausted and my arms go numb. I'm not able to gain any weight. All symptoms came on in about a week and have progressed! I was not sick or anything before hand. I am usually cold, however for the past couple of weeks my fiancé states during the night my body feels like its on fire and I am sweating! I don't usually sweat so this is odd for me. I don't sleep with thick covers or blankets either. When I wake up I'm totally soaked and freezing!! I need help I'm in pain
Hi, i've done a little bit of reading on this subject, and it seems that muscle biopsies aren't 100% accurate, and this disease can be very difficult to diagnose... clinical observations, laboratory evaluations, and cerebral imaging are also needed in most cases. So it would make sense that the doctor wants to continue testing to make sure. I hope you get some answers soon!
