I'm looking for a multivitamin that will be fine to take with my heart condition. Please advice
A dietitian would be a helpful professional in this area. It's much easier for the body to digest and optimally use vitamins that are directly from the source (meaning your food or drinks). A dietitian can provide many helpful meal ideas that ensure you receive the vitamins that are both safe with your medications and meet your body's nutritional needs. For certain vitamins, a dietician may still advise the use of supplements.
Another option is to speak with your pharmacist about your options. They should be knowledgeable about medication interactions, as well as the nutritional needs for a male of your age and with any medical conditions you may have. I've found pharmacists at locally owned pharmacies usually have more helpful pharmacists.
