My mother was dignoised wth Primary MS 5 years ago and the effects have been dramatic, i dont like to think she will only live maybe 5 more years but at this rate that is very likely. what if anything can i do to help slow this down or if there are any testing being done how could i make her one of the test subjects? her life is in jeopardy and it seems there is nothing i can do...
If she's seeing a neurologist, they will do all they can. You can support her with love and any help you can give her. There is info on treatment here www.ehow.com/how_5837205_slow-progress-multiple-sclerosis.html-you can also google ms research and you'll get sites to check. Here is the site of the national ms society. They are a good source of help for loved ones caring for an ms patient. www.nationalmssociety.org/about-multiple-sclerosis/progressive-ms/primary-progressive-ms/index.aspx
