"Mucosolvan is used to treat productive coughs. A productive cough is characterized by increased secretion of sticky phlegm and impaired phlegm transport. By liquefying the phlegm and facilitating its expectoration, Mucosolvan supports the clearance of the respiratory system and thereby helps to overcome infection in the bronchi."
