Oh forgot to add I'm having balance problems as well.
I experience a few of the same symptoms. I have a problem with blurred vision, fatigue, and tingling in my fingers. My MRI detected white lesions on my brain. I also experience anxiety and was diagnosed with MS last November of 2014. I can honestly tell you that it is not the end of the world. I continue to work and go on with my life. I have been blessed to work for a great company and have good insurance. Hang in there. There are programs available to help you afford the medicines. They are expensive. Best of luck to you
Sorry that this is not an answer but often MS is diagnosed through a process of elimination so in my sisters MRI's they now look for de-myelination and how fast it is progressing. My sister has the slow progressive kind where it attacks her about twice a year. First symptoms at 28 (color vision changes) with a firm confirmation in her mid 30's but now can't feel anything below waist level she's 53
I'm not sure if MS causes focal lesions but you HAVE to see a neurologist.
I don't know if this will help as I am really new at this and only just now getting close to an answer... but I thought Id add just in case it helps I have had many of the same symptoms, pleurisy, tingling, suddenly blind in one eye, white spots on my brain scan. They are thinking, and Im waiting on biopsy to prove it, that I have neurosarcoidosis... they haven't ruled out MS for me yet but they are pursuing the Neurosarcoidosis route right now. Just a thought, I hope this finds you well and diagnosed :)
