It is for a pain med (hydrocodone 5/325 mg) which I take as needed and have never misused for yrs. Now with the new regulations I find that my doctor cannot call in a refill and I don't have money, (I am on SSI) nor do I have insurance to get a new doctor at this time. What can I do to get my medicine?
I live in Arizona and I take hydrocodone for chronic back pain. My prescription is for 4 5/325 a day but I just tapered down to 2 a day. Back a little sore but so far not bad so I was obviously taking too much. Anyway, in Arizona you need the script, doctor can't call it in. If you're on SSI you'll get your meds thru the state, same as in Texas I would think. Have you registered? Good Luck!
