It will effect her pulse. It can slow it down, and if it was slow to start with there could be a problem. I think I'd get her to a dr to check her and make sure its ok. At the very least take her pulse, and if its under 60 get her to a dr. She should have her pulse monitored throughout the day. She could also have other side effects like nausea, anxiety, and dizziness.
