My mother always has 220/130 bp and she is a regular smoker. What should be done to take care of it?

She absolutely has to see a dr and get on appropriate medication. If she's overweight she should loose some weight. A low salt diet usually helps. Then there's the smoking. She'll have to quit. How old is she?
