Morning - I have diclofenac 50mg prescribed in 2012 - is it still effective - need meds for gout?

It would be safest to go to the pharmacy and purchase something fresh. Once a medicine has past its expiry date it may not work as well. You could alternatively see your doctor. In the case of an acute gout attack it is imperative that you start an effective treatment as soon as possible.
