Sorry, I'm new to this website! I wrote a long explanation not knowing it was only in the title area!
I'll explain again.
Last month I started taking MonoNessa right after finishing my period, around the 6th or 7th of July. Almost immediately after I started taking the pill I felt side effects. I was extremely irritable, emotional, depressed and just not myself. Not even a week into taking the pill and I had to stop! After stopping I almost instantly felt relief and back to normal. After stopping; maybe 1 week or 2 weeks later I began bleeding again. My second period for the month of July! I wasn't too shocked about this, I actually expected it, because as a safety precaution I have previously had to take the Plan B pill and bled after taking that as well. My problem is though, I'm now 3 days late for my regular scheduled period and starting to get nervous, only because when taking the Plan B pill, I bled twice that month and had my regular scheduled period the next month. Should I be nervous? Or is this normal? I'm looking for any kind of advice!
Also, my boyfriend and I use protection but have also used the "pull out" method, which I know still has potential to get you pregnant.
Starting and stopping the Pill can cause irregular bleeding. Since you had two periods close together, there was probably no uterine lining left to shed. It should return next month. Do not rely on "pulling out" as a birth control method. If he has penetrated, you are exposed to sperm long before he ejaculates and he is unable to feel or control this leakage of sperm. Talk to your Dr about an alternative birth control method. Plan b shouldnt be used as birth control. It is not effective enough to rely on regularly.
