With cottage cheese-like discharge you need to be on a good 7 day antifungal. I'm not sure what your question is. If Monistat 7 has worked in the past for you, then go ahead with that. If not, see or call your OB/GYN asap and get a prescription antifungal like terazol 7, which is the most powerful antifungal according to my GYN who enjoys a good reputation in our area. It always works for me. Just telling about your "cottage cheese" discharge might get the prescription called in without a Dr. visit, depending on your relationship with your Dr. We in the medical field grade a vaginal discharge/infection on a scale of 0 to 4+ and your discharge is an easy 4... the most severe.
