I assume you are being treated for yeast. Have you used it before?
It's as much an antibiotic as oral drugs.
Do you have allergies?
If I were you I would call my doctor ASAP.
It's not life-threatening but if you skip tonight's dose than you won't be receiving an adequate amount to clear it up!
I googled it and was surprised at how many negative complaints there were for severe pain.
Call your doctor now !
It really doesnt matter when you use it-it will still work. they recommend bedtime so that gravity will help keep the medicine in better (when you are laying in bed sleeping, gravity works to hold the medicine in more than if you are up and active) but even if you use in the day, enough will stay in. I dont think it will hurt if you wait until bedtime tomorrow if you used it this morning though.
