shakira; No you had better get another one and repeat at night use a panty liner the suppository should stay in long enough to melt completely. You could double check this with the pharmacist when you go to get it or call them before you go in. And make sure you are inserting it in as far as you can where it is not uncomfortable but in all the way. Chuck1957
