Are you trying to get pregnant? It is actually not as easy to get pregnant as one might believe and always seems easier to get pregnant when you DONT want to than when you do! It takes most couples about a year to conceive-some sooner and a few later but most couples conceive inside of a year of trying. Some women are very fertile and get pregnant very easily and quickly but the average woman takes a little longer. The first child is usually takes the longest for some reason and subsequent pregnancies usually happen quicker (not always but in general) Just relax and let it happen. I know when you decide, you are anxious to get going but it does take some time and patience and TIMING! You are only fertile about 3-4 days each month. Some women find tracking their cycles, doing basal temps and checking cervical mucus to be helpful (you can look up how to do this online-look up calendar method) or some use ovulation kits. Some just have sex daily until pregnancy occurs. It will happen, just give it a little time. Pregnancy symptoms like nausea and vomiting do not usually begin until well after your first missed period. Most women find their first sign is very very tender breasts. Wait until your period is a week or more late before testing to avoid false negatives and wasting your money testing too soon-some will test earlier but most will show positive after you are a week late. Another thing, when we are looking for "signs of pregnancy" whether we are trying, or scared we are pregnant when we dont want to be, our minds become very hyper sensitive to every little twinge and when we are eager for pregnancy, we can even make ourselves begin having symptoms (some women even do this when they are scared they are pregnant) I am not saying that you are faking, or that your symptoms aren't real, I'm just saying our minds have very powerful effects on our bodies.
