I am twenty years old, I have had my IUD in for almost 2 years and the cramping when I first got it in was excruciating. The first one that was placed fell out so they had to place another one in. at first the cramping wasn't very noticeable but after about a year the pain has gotten worse. I feel sick all the time, intercourse is painful, and the cramping in my side and lower abdomen is terrible. I had my gallbladder taken out recently so I know for sure that the pain in my side is not that. I just do not want to jump to conclusions with the mirena because I can't really use other BC due to my complex migraines and I'm not quite ready to have a child.
Mirena - I'm not sure if I should get my IUD out or not?
