This would not be wise to do oneself as getting the precise dose is challenging. A compounding pharmacist can sometimes to this - crush the pills and make a topical solution - but it requires very careful quality control.
Minoxidil is a drug and side effects are possible. Proper use and administration of this medication is essential.
