I am currently using the vivelle dot 0.025 but my insurance company will no longer cover it due to my age (71). My Dr. wants to put me on the minivelle. I have been on the vivelle patch for at least 15 years, and want to continue since it is working wonderfully for me, but have read MANY negative reviews about minivelle. And also read there were no clinical trials with the minivelle. Please help me out. Many thanks.
Don't you love the way insurance tells us what we can have. And then because of age, it infuriates me because its age discrimination. That's the first amount that is listed. They are both estrogen patches, There are several of them. It truly pays to play along with the insurance and try it. Reading reviews is always iffy because people will write complaints before they write praise. Its best to just try it and see for yourself.
