I had intercourse October 27 and 28 each time with a condom. I am on the birth control Orsythia and I have never missed a pill and I am also very careful to take it at the exact same time each day. I also suffer from generalized anxiety disorder so I have been in a constant state of stress thinking that I am pregnant. November 10, 8 days before my withdrawal bleed normally occurs I had very faint spotting, a little brownish/ light reddish in color. Could this spotting be due to excessive stress and worry?

I also did some research and learned about implantation bleeding, but some sources say it is not as common as people think. In the back of my mind I do not think I am pregnant, and that my severe anxiety is the cause of this distress; however, I would love a second opinion. I should also mention I've never had spotting while on the pill, but I've also never been this stressed before.
The spotting is hormonal , You are on the pill and taking it perfectly. You have less than a 1% chance of pregnancy. And that is without the use of condoms. Your problem is your anxiety disorder is making you research. I've been a nurse for 50 yrs and never knew anyone to have implantation bleeding. I'm still waiting for someone to prove to me there is such a thing. When you're on the pill you spot from time to time.
