I have been taking supplements for two months now (i started again after taking them all my life) every morning with milk (half a mug, the other half is coffee). However i have been starting to read that milk will often stop your body from assimilating supplements.
information online are really confused about the topic:
Some say that milk MAY affect how your body takes supplements but not that it necessarily does. Others say that only Zinc and some other minerals supplements are affected. Others say that everything except for vitamin D is affected. While others say that milk doesnt have any effect on supplements in normal servings (one/two cups).

So, does milk really affect your supplements even in normal servings (one/two cups)?
