My family always yell at me for not eating and my Dr told me I need to eat more, so this week I decided to start eating every meal. Well everyday this week I have been getting a migraine, I don't know if it's my body telling me there something wrong or my body yelling at me for not eating right for so long. Please help I also suffer from migraines besides from eating right
Certain foods can trigger a migraine. For me too much MSG can do it. A little is not a problem. Also, for me, too many nitrates can do it. There may be other foods, but I have not found a connection, yet.
Everyone is different. You have to start understanding your triggers. I have a glare trigger, so I wear polarizing sunglasses in the car. Glare is not a problem when I am outside of the car. I am going to be on a lake tomorrow, I am going to wear my polarizer over my glasses just in case. I also get have a trigger of a pinpoint reflection of the sun. If I don't look away fast enough, boom!
Start trying to figure out your triggers.
